Emma Stebbing has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles in the field of People and Culture. Their most recent position is as the Head of People & Culture at Brighte, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the People Operations Lead at Brighte from September 2021 to March 2023.

Emma Stebbing completed their education in a chronological order. Emma began by earning a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from UNSW, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. After that, they pursued further education at the Australian College of Applied Professions, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. Emma attended this college from 2013 to 2015. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, Emma completed the AHRI Practicing Certification Program at the Australian HR Institute, where they focused on Human Resources Management and Services.
