Michelle Maret has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michelle began their career as a Marketing Intern at Indianapolis Downtown, Inc in 2009. Michelle then worked as an Account Executive at Entercom Communications from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined Groupon as an Account Executive, where they focused on sales, marketing, and business development for the Pittsburgh, PA market.

In 2012, Michelle joined Brandmuscle, where they held various roles including Account Executive, Associate Manager, Associate Director, and Senior Manager. During their time at Brandmuscle, they were responsible for leading and developing client accounts, managing teams, implementing new platforms, launching digital capabilities, and strengthening client relationships. Michelle worked with clients such as Goodyear, Volkswagen, Chick-fil-A, and KeyBank, among others.

Since 2018, Michelle has been working at BrightEdge where they have held roles such as Manager of Enterprise Customer Success and Senior Manager of Global Customer Success. In these positions, they partnered with clients to derive value from the BrightEdge platform, identified potential churn risks, and delivered a clear path to ROI for their clients. Currently, they serve as the Team Lead of Global Partnerships.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated their ability to build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and provide excellent customer service.

Michelle Maret attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Advertising. In addition to their degree, Michelle has also earned several certifications. In 2019, they obtained the Advanced Google Analytics Certification from Google, as well as the Google AdWords for Search Certified certification. In 2018, Michelle obtained the BrightEdge Certification from BrightEdge and the Moz Certification from Moz.
