Anna Philbrick

Anna Philbrick has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Anna started their career as a Civil Service HR Fast Stream in 2009, where they served as an HR Business Partner for multiple Deputy Directors and later became the Pay and Reward Manager for the Home Office. In 2012, they joined the Department for Work and Pensions as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Strategy Group, leading talent and people performance initiatives. In 2014, they moved to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy as the HR Business Partnering & Resourcing Deputy Director, overseeing a team of HR Business Partners and resourcing experts. Since 2017, Anna has been with Octopus, where they held various roles including Senior HR Business Partner and Head of People for Octopus Healthcare and People Director.
