Jennifer Cousins, CCWP

Jennifer Cousins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer is currently working at Brightfield as a Portfolio Director, Customer Success. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Two Doves Consulting, where they provided innovative workforce solutions. Jennifer also worked as a Partner at Royal's Concierge, LLC, serving individuals and businesses in the Central Virginia area.

Jennifer's previous experience includes roles at Aquent, where they held the position of Director - Staffing Solutions Development / MSP Channel Partnerships, and Account Director - Federal Services. At Monument Consulting, they served as a Sr. Account Manager / Program Manager, managing an MSP program for a client in the laboratory diagnostics industry.

Before that, Jennifer worked at nextSource as a Branch Manager, leading a team in managing contingent labor programs for Capital One. Jennifer also held the role of Account Manager at nextSource, managing multiple contingent labor programs for the same client.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at The BOSS Group as Selling Branch Manager, where they launched a local branch office and built a full-service staffing client base. Jennifer also worked as a Sales Representative at Pomerantz Staffing Services and as an Account Manager at Venturi Staffing Partners (formerly Fox Staffing). Their first role after graduating was as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships, program management, sales strategy, and client relationship management.

Jennifer Cousins, CCWP / CCWP SOW, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising from Louisiana State University. Jennifer obtained their degree, although the start and end years of their education are not provided.
