Becky Breeden

Becky Breeden has over 29 years of experience in the association and nonprofit community. Becky has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Brightfind and its sister company, Ready North. In this role, Becky focuses on communication, leadership, and proven methodologies to drive growth, efficiency, and collaboration. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Brightfind, where they led successful and innovative projects and fostered long-term relationships with clients. Becky also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Brightfind, focusing on building operational excellence and promoting collaboration and innovation. Before joining Brightfind, they held the position of Senior Digital Strategist at Adage Technologies, where they aligned clients' goals with technology decisions to optimize user experiences. Becky also worked at fusionSpan as the Senior Director Consulting and Director of Digital Strategy, where they transformed clients' thinking and approach to digital spaces. Additionally, they have experience as an Engagement Leader at Brightfind, a Consultant at Ellipsis Partners LLC, the Director of Children's Programs at Grace Episcopal Church, and a Senior Project Manager at Syscom Services. Becky possesses expertise in methodology development, project direction, content strategy, and governance review. Becky has a strong passion for pairing user intentions with organizational priorities to enhance clients' digital spaces. Furthermore, Becky has extensive experience in membership marketing, member engagement, and integrated marketing strategy development. Becky has collaborated with industry members and organized events to foster relationship development. Throughout their career, Becky has consistently demonstrated purpose-driven leadership, collaboration, and innovation to achieve positive change for businesses, communities, and individuals.

Becky Breeden attended Francis Marion University from 1987 to 1989, where they studied English and Mass Communications. Becky then transferred to the University of South Carolina and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from 1989 to 1991.
