About the Position
As the Content Coordinator & Writer, you will be responsible for the creation of all ready-to-go content and messaging templates BrightFire provides for its clients. This includes blog posts, social media posts, product pages, persona pages, email templates, text message templates, and more. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams and report to the Manager of Marketing. This is a fully remote position.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced Content Coordinator who has excellent writing skills and is digital marketing tech-savvy. Duties for the Content Coordinator include a range of client content creation and coordination tasks for BrightFire and our clients.
Experience & Skills
3+ years in a content creation role.
Excellent written, editing, and grammar skills.
Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
Proven track record of leading multiple content creation projects simultaneously.
Experience with administration of content creation and distribution systems.
An analytical and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
Strong understanding of content best practices for SEO, social media, and PPC.
Experience analyzing content engagement and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Superior proofreading skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points
Recent experience with the software we use, including macOS, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, WordPress, SOCi, and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including websites, local SEO, Google Ads, social media, and Google.
Graphic design experience.
Responsibilities
Create and schedule new blog posts for client websites.
Create and schedule social media posts for distribution to our clients’ social media profiles.
Review and publish blog posts from program partners for distribution to client websites.
Review and publish social media posts from program partners for distribution to clients’ social media profiles.
Create new ready-to-go product and persona page content for client websites.
Create new ready-to-go email and text message templates for clients to send their customers.
Coordinate content approvals from applicable stakeholders.
Coordinate with a third-party video production company to create new ready-to-go videos for client websites.
Present webinars to our customers, prospects, and partners.
Work closely with marketing managers to plan and maintain BrightFire’s company content calendar, ensure our marketing initiatives are on schedule, and drive project timelines for deliverables.
Draft, revise, coordinate, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including emails, blog posts, webinars, presentation decks, social media, videos, scripts, print, and PPC campaigns.
Create text content from start to finish, or collaborate to help others revise and finalize.
Gain insights and determine trends by analyzing all digital marketing efforts in order to present findings to leadership and make recommendations for future campaigns.
Write persuasive copy and compelling headlines ensuring that all content reinforces the goal of the piece.
Help oversee BrightFire’s contact database in HubSpot to improve email campaign targeting with standardization, segmentation, and maintenance initiatives.
