Danny Romero has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Danny began their career as a Technical Support & Account Manager at FerriSoft C.A., where they were responsible for visiting clients and providing them demonstrations about the company's products, as well as providing professional technical support service, including installations, updates and network communications. In 2013, they joined Gadisys Supplies and Services as a Technical Support Specialist, where they handled pending technical support tickets assigned by the call center, provided problem resolution to end-users, both remotely and on-site, and resolved and troubleshot problems within Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Packages. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Brightflag as a Junior Product Designer and User Experience Designer.
Danny Romero has a diverse educational background. Danny began their studies in 2001, completing a Higher Degree in Computing at the Institute of Technology in 2004. From 2013 to 2014, Danny attended the Centre of English Studies (CES) for a Language Course in English. Danny then attended ELTA College from 2014 to 2016 for another Language Course in English. Finally, Danny completed a BA Degree in Graphic Design from the Dublin Design Institute in 2019.
