Director Data Integrations at Bright HealthCare

Mark Danielson has extensive experience in data integrations and healthcare technology. Mark currently serves as the Director of Data Integrations at Bright Health, where they provide strategic and operational oversight to the Health Plan Applications Integrations Team. Mark plays a crucial role in enhancing the Bright Health integration platform by working closely with the Software Engineering team.

Prior to Bright Health, Mark worked at Hennepin County Medical Center for many years. Mark held various roles, including PeopleSoft HR Technical Lead and PeopleSoft HRMS Analyst III. In these positions, Mark led teams and successfully implemented new systems, improved business processes, and guided technical development during organizational acquisitions.

Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Regions Hospital as an HRIS Administrator. Mark managed the implementation and management of a Time and Attendance system, ensuring compliance with labor agreements and regulatory changes.
