Michelle England

Michelle England has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Starting in 2006, they worked at Robert Half International as a Candidate Sourcing Specialist and Recruiting Manager Support Specialist. In 2008, they joined CBRE as a Human Resources Administrator and later progressed to roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analytics Manager, and finally, Senior Program Manager. In 2019, Michelle moved to Bright Health, where they held roles including People and Talent Business Partner, Senior People Project Manager, People Technology Manager, People Technology Director, and currently, People Operations and Technology Director.

Michelle England completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2001 to 2005. Michelle has an additional certification in Workday Pro HCM from Workday, which they obtained in May 2023.
