VP Total Rewards at Bright HealthCare

Rob Heir has over 30 years of experience in human resources and compensation. Rob most recently served as the VP of Total Rewards at Bright Health, starting in December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Salo LLC from August 2019 to November 2019. Rob spent a significant portion of their career at Cargill, where they held various roles including Director of Global Compensation from March 2012 to July 2019. Rob managed a team of nine direct reports and oversaw compensation and benefits for 160,000 employees. Rob also worked at Wells Fargo as a Senior Compensation Consultant and HR Manager, and at Motorists Insurance Group as an HR Manager. Rob began their HR career at Fingerhut as an HR Manager. Overall, Rob has demonstrated expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR management throughout their career.

Rob Heir completed an Executive Education program in Strategic HR at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2017. Rob earned a BA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
