Bastion Fennell

Bastion Fennell has held various software engineering roles since 2013. Bastion began as a Software Developer at The Frontside, where they worked with clients on codebases ranging from a few hundred lines of code to thousands. Bastion then moved to Spiceworks in 2015 as a Dev Lead, where they helped organize and deliver new features for product, vendor, and marketplace pages. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Software Engineer at CS Disco, Inc. and then Senior Software Engineer at Alegion in 2019. In 2020, they became Software Engineering Manager at Volusion and, in 2021, they were appointed Engineering Manager at BrightHire and Software Engineering Manager at Marginal Unit, Inc. (which was acquired by Enverus).

Bastion Fennell attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science.
