Anthony Naturale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Brighthouse Financial since April 2018, Anthony has held several pivotal roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Recruiting Manager at Pionear Recruiting and Project Director at Hunt Executive Search, Inc., specializing in Consumer Packaged Goods and Life Sciences. Anthony started the career at Mesirow Financial as an Associate, focusing on operational and financial restructuring for distressed companies. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UCF College of Business in 2006.
