Tammie Knapper

Tammie Knapper has extensive experience in payroll management and human resources systems. Tammie worked as a Director of Payroll at Brighthouse Financial starting in 2019. Prior to that, they held roles at Charter Communications, including Senior Director of Core HR Systems and Support, where they led a team in implementing new functionality and addressing system challenges. Tammie also worked as a Payroll Manager at Centric Group, LLC, and as a Manager of Payroll and Executive Benefits at Ascension Health. Tammie'scareer began at Macy's, where they served as a Payroll Manager for over a decade.

Tammie Knapper has a background in Sign Language Interpretation and Translation, having studied at SWIC. Tammie also pursued General Studies at Central Bible College. In addition to their education, they have obtained various certifications, including "Business Intelligence for Consultants," "Consulting Foundations: Building Your Brand," "Disrupting Yourself," "Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization," "Project Management: Iterative Methods," and "Modeling Courageous Leadership: Intelligent Disobedience."
