Genevieve Wang is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Brightidea. Genevieve has worked in the company since December 2013, first as a Strategic Projects Consultant. In this role, they led the efforts for the national launch of Zipongo's consumer offering, followed by a pivot to building out a B2B2C product on both web and mobile and launching with Zipongo's first major enterprise customer.

After recruiting new team members and overseeing 5 direct reports across product, design, and content, Genevieve became the Director of Product Management and Marketing in June 2012. In this role, they were responsible for user acquisition and engagement. Genevieve tested and built capabilities that included email/SMS marketing programs, A/B testing, personalized content delivery, user onboarding/re-engagement flows, and customer support to achieve monthly user engagement rates of over 65%.

Genevieve Wang has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Genevieve has worked in product management, marketing, and startups.
