Alexandra Toader

Alexandra Toader has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexandra is currently working at BrightInsight as a Product Strategy and Growth Lead, where they are responsible for the growth and strategy of the health tech SaaS start-up. Prior to this, they worked as a Mentor/Advisor at BiteLabs Healthtech.

Alexandra also has experience at ZS, where they started as an Associate and was promoted to Associate Consultant and later Consultant. In these roles, they worked in the healthcare and medtech industries, managing project timelines, strategy frameworks, and delivering findings and recommendations to clients. Alexandra also managed and coached team members and collaborated with client stakeholders.

Earlier in their career, Alexandra was a Founding Team & Business Developer at Gatherzy, an online platform for event-centered employee engagement. Alexandra secured seed funds, built relationships with corporate clients, conducted research, and co-developed wireframes and MVP.

Alexandra also worked as a Business Analyst at Bookster and as an intern in management consulting at Ensight Management Consulting.

Alexandra Toader earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and International Business from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts degree in Economics, with a graduate minor in Entrepreneurship, from Northwestern University. In 2010, they also participated in a study abroad program at the BI Norwegian Business School, focusing on Business Administration and Marketing.
