Cole Franklin currently serves as the VP of Land at Brightland Homes, a role held since April 2024. Prior to this position, Cole worked as the Director of Land Acquisition at Dream Finders Homes and held various land-focused roles at Shaddock Homes and K. Hovnanian® Homes. Beginning in real estate in 2014 at Skorburg Company, responsibilities included land acquisition and market research. Earlier experience includes strategic marketing roles at Franklin Consulting Works and clients such as FedBid and The Richards Group. Cole holds a BA in History from William & Mary and a Master’s degree in Animation from Southern Methodist University, along with a Business Administration certificate from SMU Cox School of Business.
