Kathy Kwasniak Cebs, Rhu

Kathy Kwasniak has a strong background in the employee benefits industry with over 23 years of experience. Kathy is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations, Employee Benefits at Brightline Dealer Advisors since March 2021. Prior to this, Kathy held the position of Vice President/Account Executive - Employee Benefits at IMA Financial Group, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2021. Kathy also worked at USI Insurance Services as an Assistant Vice President, Sr. Account Executive from September 2003 to April 2016, and at Marsh as an Assistant Vice President, Consultant from May 1998 to August 2003.

Kathy Kwasniak, CEBS, RHU has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Letourneau University. Kathy also holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification from The Wharton School and a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) certification from The American College of Financial Services. In addition to these qualifications, Kathy also obtained a Health Rosetta Advisor certification from Health Rosetta in September 2019.
