Charles Caldwell

Charles Caldwell has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Charles currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Corporate Controller at Brightline Trains, where they are responsible for shaping and executing the corporate financial strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. in various roles such as Director of Technical Accounting Projects and Director of Capital Planning & Fixed Assets, where they managed strategic planning and optimization of corporate assets. Charles also served as Corporate Assistant Controller, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for multiple subsidiaries. Charles's earlier experience includes working at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Audit Manager and Director of the Global Capital Markets Group, where they managed financial audit projects and advised international companies on financial reporting.

Charles Caldwell has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Charles also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from the Wake Forest University School of Business. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA).
