Richard Frost

Richard Frost has extensive experience in the railroad industry, currently serving as Manager of Rules & Training and Manager of Construction Safety at Brightline Trains since March 2017. Previous roles include Transportation Manager and Locomotive Engineer at the same company. Prior to Brightline, Richard held the position of Locomotive Engineer at Watco Companies LLC and Amtrak, as well as Locomotive Engineer/Conductor at BNSF Railway for nearly seventeen years. Richard's educational background includes training from the Amtrak Technical Training Center and studies at Johnson County Community College.
