Sandy Pinos-Chin has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee experience and culture. Sandy is currently working as a Senior Director of People & Culture at Brightline Trains. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and a Director of Employee Experience at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. Sandy also held senior HR roles at Dotdash and About.com, where they were responsible for strategic HR management. Sandy began their career as an HR Generalist at J.Crew and About.com.

Sandy Pinos-Chin has a strong educational background with a focus on psychology and social sciences. Sandy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from Florida International University in 1999-2003. Sandy furthered their education at Baruch College from 2003-2006, where they earned a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Women's Studies from Florida International University in 2003-2004.
