Vanessa Alfonso

Vanessa Alfonso has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in media relations, public relations, and patient representative positions. Their most recent position (since August 2021) is Director of Media Relations at Brightline Trains. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Public Relations at Levy Public Relations & Events from February 2021 to August 2021. Vanessa also worked as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Levy Public Relations & Events from March 2019 to February 2021 and from October 2017 to March 2019, respectively. Before joining Levy, Vanessa was an Account Executive at MLT Public Relations, Inc. from January 2017 to October 2017. Vanessa started their career as a PR Associate at JLPR from January 2013 to December 2016. Vanessa also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a Patient Representative at Baptist Health South Florida from August 2011 to March 2016.

Vanessa Alfonso obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Nova Southeastern University. Vanessa attended the university from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Vanessa also received a certification as a PADI Certified from PADI in July 2013.
