Rina Horiuchi Schori has a diverse and extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Principal Product Designer at Brightline. There, they designed the core web experience for Brightline, an online therapy service for children, and led the design for Brightline Connect, a resource library for parents. Rina also managed the web application redesign, providing oversight for the new visual design and illustrations.

Early in their career, Rina was the Manager of Advisory Services at BSR, where they facilitated partnerships and co-wrote principles on human rights for the Global Network Initiative. Rina also worked with automotive companies to improve working conditions in their supply chain and co-wrote articles about the intersection of information technology and human rights. Additionally, they interned at the Natural Capital Institute, where they developed features and designs for a sustainable business wiki and built the organization's website.
