Samantha O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha began their career as a Security Receptionist at LinkedIn in 2015. Samantha then worked as a Kids Club Attendant/Service Representative Lead at 24 Hour Fitness from 2016 to 2019, where they handled cash control, sales reports, and member check-in/check-out. In 2019, Samantha became a Behavior Instructor at Behavior Frontiers, providing behavior therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Samantha collaborated with other staff and parents to develop effective treatment programs. From 2019 to 2020, Samantha worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Crossover Health, where they handled guest interactions, check-in procedures, and office coordination. In 2020, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Receptionist, managing patient check-ins and collecting payments. Currently, Samantha is a member of the Brightline team, where they have held various roles such as Care Navigator and Senior Member Support Specialist. In their current role as a Member Support Lead, they lead team projects, trains new staff, and ensures quality assurance.

Samantha O'Brien attended San Jose State University from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Health. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from De Anza College, graduating in 2018.
