Zachary W. has worked in various roles since 1999. Zachary began their career in the United States Air Force as a Quality Assurance/Telecom Technician. In 2001, they moved to Education to Go as an Information Technology System Administrator. In 2007, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Stage Technician, where they were an IATSE Member and was responsible for the setup, running, and strike of lighting, sound, and sets for various on-premise and touring events. Zachary also had to host, guide, and incorporate various celebrities in productions, including talent management and satisfaction. In 2011, they became the General Manager at Atelier Crenn. In 2012, they worked at both Delectable and Jardinière, where they were a Program Manager and Manager of Guest Service & Experience, respectively. Finally, in 2018, they joined Saison Hospitality Group as a Manager. Currently, they are working at Bright as a Customer Support Operations Manager, where they own all Customer Support functions and stands up, manages, and supports a full Zendesk instance. Zachary is also responsible for integration and programming of an end-to-end themed Help Center utilizing HTML & CSS, writing and composition of Help Center Articles, image walkthroughs, and videos to allow users to self-help.

Zachary W. received their Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Riverside in 2008. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Prepare for the PMI ACP Certification from LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Data Science from Rice University. In 2008, they obtained a certification in Introductory Level Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers. Zachary also obtained an Associate Member certification from the Interior Design Society in 2008.
