Customer Success Team Lead at Brightmile

Tom Binza has a strong background in environmental consulting and customer success management. Tom began their career as a Legal Intern at Koval Energy, where they provided advisory services to clients in the oil production industry. Tom then worked as a Consultant at the International Energy Agency, contributing to research and analysis in the electric vehicle sector. At Jacobs, Tom held roles as a Graduate Environmental Consultant and later as an Environmental Consultant specialized in the HS2 Phase 2b project. Tom played a pivotal role in assessing and mitigating environmental impacts while ensuring compliance with regulations. Tom then joined Wood as a Senior Environmental Consultant, where they led the Yorkshire Green National Grid project, implementing sustainable practices and minimizing environmental impact. Most recently, Tom worked at Winnow and Brightmile as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Team Lead, respectively, focusing on optimizing waste management solutions and providing tailored solutions to global clients.

Tom Binza received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Exeter in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their A-levels at Loughborough Grammar School from 2012 to 2014. In 2018, they obtained an MSc in Environmental Policy & Management from the University of Bristol and also obtained a Graduate IEMA Membership from IEMA.
