Michael Sheehan

Chief Customer Officer at BrightNight

Michael leads BrightNight’s Origination team and works with customers to provide optimized solutions with benefits tailored to each customer’s unique needs. He brings over 20 years of experience from the engineering, investment, and energy industries. Prior to joining BrightNight, Michael spent 11 years at NextEra driving power origination, transmission development, and renewable generation and storage asset management. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch where he led the execution of capital market transactions. Michael received his BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, a MS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
