Justin Cole

Justin Cole has a diverse work experience in the field of design and creative consulting. Justin currently works as an Associate Creative Director at Brighton Agency since June 2021. Justin also has experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer and has worked with various clients on a freelance basis since September 2015.

Prior to their current role, Justin worked as an Art Director at The Integer Group from October 2016 to December 2022. Justin also worked as a Freelance Art Director at CKMK from April 2016 to October 2016.

Before their roles as an Art Director, Justin worked as a Creative Consultant at Fleishman-Hillard from January 2015 to October 2015. Justin was responsible for delivering creative projects, including illustration, print, digital, motion, photography, and branding, for various clients.

Justin gained hands-on experience as an Art Director Intern at Momentum Worldwide from May 2012 to August 2013, where they primarily focused on print and media design. Justin also worked as an Art Director at 45 Degrees Communications for a brief period in 2012.

In addition to their professional experience, Justin has held leadership roles such as Chief Creative Officer at AAF Mizzou from April 2011 to May 2012, and MU Ambassador at Mr Youth from January 2011 to December 2011. Justin also served as a Graphic Designer and Merchandise Chair for Mizzou for Malawi from January 2011 to November 2011.

Justin Cole attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Strategic Communications. Justin then continued their education at the same university from 2012 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
