Laura Keogh (FCIPD)

Laura Keogh (FCIPD) is currently the HR & Shared Services Director at Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival. In their role, Laura leads on people strategies including equalities, learning & development, change management, and pay & reward. Laura has achieved negotiating annual pay awards, leading TUPE transfers, and developing an anti-racism strategy. Previously, Laura worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Brighton & Hove City Council, providing HR support to the Health & Adult Social Care Directorate. Laura holds a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development degree from the University of Brighton.
