Penny Whiddon

Penny Whiddon (Goldstein) is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Director of HR Shared Services at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since July 2017. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Human Resources Manager at TeamHealth, where Penny built trust with executive leadership and addressed high turnover challenges in the Anesthesia Division. Prior to TeamHealth, Penny held HR positions at Paychex and Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., providing strategic HR solutions and compliance support to various clients. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Penny's expertise encompasses HR strategy development, operational efficiency, and employee relations.
