Jill Wolk

Jill Wolk, RN, BSN, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Programs at Brighton Health Plan Solutions, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Jill occupied the role of Director of Out of Network Services at Zelis from April 2024 to July 2025, and served as the Manager of Appeals & Grievances at Bright Health between November 2020 and March 2024. Jill's earlier experience includes positions as an RN Case Manager at Florida Medical Clinic and Sr. Manager of Utilization Management & Appeals at Health Integrated, an EXL company. Additional roles include UM Clinical Supervisor and Utilization Review Nurse at WellCare Health Plans, Charge Nurse/Unit Manager at Grace Health Care, and Claims Analyst - Subject Matter Expert at UnitedHealth Group. Jill holds an MBA from United States University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Pasco-Hernando State College, and a Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Pinellas Technical College. Education was also pursued at SUNY Brockport.
