Tina Adelstein has a diverse work experience that spans both the academic and corporate sectors. Tina began their career as an Assistant Director for Student Life at Central Washington University, where they implemented programs to enhance student retention and coordinated major events. Tina then moved on to the University of Washington as a Lead Career Counselor, where they advised and coached thousands of students and revamped career center programs. Currently, Tina is employed at Brighton Jones, where they have held various roles including Learning & Team Development Manager and Head of Learning & Team Development. In their current position as VP of People, Tina utilizes research and data to inform and execute the company's learning and employee development strategies. Through their work experiences, Tina has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, improve processes, and foster growth and development in individuals and organizations.

Tina Adelstein holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Student Affairs Administration from Western Washington University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography and Environmental Studies at UCLA. In 2000-2001, Tina obtained a Certificate in Environmental Education from Teton Science Schools. Tina also has several additional certifications, including "Cultivating Creative Collaboration" from IDEO U, "EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence)" from Multi-Health Systems Inc.
