Katrina Lopez is a seasoned property and facilities manager with extensive experience in accounting and operational management. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Brighton Management since August 2016, Katrina has previously held roles including Facility Coordinator at The Packard Humanities Institute and Senior Accountant at the Palos Verdes Library District. Katrina's background includes overseeing security operations, managing vendor relations, and implementing efficient accounting systems. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ashford University and an Associate’s degree from College of the Canyons, Katrina combines educational expertise with a proven track record in property management and financial oversight.
