Nina Freier

Nina Freier, CHRE, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the CHRO for BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in North America. With a background in human resources and organizational development, Nina has held leadership positions in various companies such as City of Brampton, CareRx Corporation, Sienna Senior Living, ADP, Nelnet, and EDULINX Canada Corporation. Nina's expertise lies in developing and executing people strategies to drive high performance and employee engagement. Nina has also led teams, established Centers of Excellence, and managed cross-functional international teams throughout their career. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
