Carol Vaughan, BA HRM, Chartered MCIPD, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Bright since July 2024, Carol previously held the position of Human Resource Manager at HR Duo, where responsibilities included acting as a trusted HR advisor for multiple organizations. Previous roles include HR Manager/Employee Experience Manager at Singlepoint (now Version 1), HR Manager at CoreHR, and Human Resource Manager positions at Avista and kavanaghfennell. Carol's career began as a Recruitment Officer at Pfizer and included significant roles at Nestle S.A. and ABB, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, training, and development, among other HR functions.
