Ahmed Samy

Ahmed Samy started their work experience as a Junior Data Structures and Algorithms Teaching Assistant at The German University in Cairo in 2017. Ahmed then worked as a Software Engineer at PGESCo in 2018, where they developed and maintained a web-based Employees' Timesheet using ASP.Net MVC and SQL Server. In 2019, they joined Valeo as a General Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained the Project Management Dashboard using NodeJS, Angular 6, MYSQL, and Bootstrap. Ahmed also worked on redesigning and maintaining the ADD Dashboard using NodeJS, MYSQL, and VueJS.

In 2021, Ahmed joined EverteamGS-Intalio as a Software Engineer and contributed to the development and enhancement of the Correspondence-Tracking system, which is a large-scale product used for document management and workflow control. The application utilized Asp.Net, SQL Server, and Ext framework.

Currently, Ahmed is working at Brightskies as a Software Engineer since 2022, where they have designed and developed the Elabd web portal, an e-commerce platform built using .NET6 open-source NOPCommerce. Ahmed has also contributed to maintaining the NEOM web portal, a visitors management platform for the city of NEOM, and developed RESTful APIs for the mobile version of the web portal.

Ahmed Samy received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The German University in Cairo from 2015 to 2020.
