Rashmi Dixit Sharma MAHRI is an accomplished professional in the fields of human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Head of People, Culture and Transformation for both BrightSky Australia and Forward Ability Support since January 2019. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Human Resources Advisor at Link Automotive and Sydney Tools, and Corporate Manager Human Resources at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Rashmi has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, policy development, and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes significant roles in e-learning and educational recruitment in Saudi Arabia, as well as a foundational career in hospitality training at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
