Hayley Whitehorn

Hayley Whitehorn is a Counselling Psychologist currently running a private practice since May 2022. In addition to their private practice, Hayley serves as an Online Educator/Lecturer for the South African College of Applied Psychology, where responsibilities include content development and module management. As a co-owner of Your Virtual Collaborators, Hayley offers management and optimisation services to businesses. Hayley also facilitates exams for BrightSparkz Tutors and owns Making Macramé, a macramé business on Instagram. As a Psychology Contributor for Run By Hayley's Online Magazine, Hayley writes mental health articles. Previous experience includes roles as a locum Counselling Psychologist at various treatment centres and as an au pair. Hayley holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Nelson Mandela University, a Bachelor of Social Science Honours from Rhodes University, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Sociology from Rhodes University, complemented by a high school diploma from St Stithians Girls’ College.
