Beata Kashani

Beata Kashani has extensive experience in the field of talent management, total rewards, and human resources. Beata began their career in 1998 as a Training/Employee Relations Manager at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chicago. Beata then worked at Aon Consulting as a Client Service Manager for six years before joining UBS as an Associate Director of Human Resources. In 2010, they became a Senior Benefits Compliance Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an Associate Director of Benefits and later Associate Director of International Benefits at Mondelēz International. Beata then joined Morton Salt as a Director of Global Total Rewards & HRIS, eventually being promoted to Senior Director of the same department. Later, they worked at Revantage Corporate Services as a Director of People & Culture. In 2020, they moved to Athletico as a VP of Total Rewards before joining Brightspeed as a VP of Total Rewards and later VP of Talent Management & Total Rewards.

Beata Kashani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University.
