Tim K. is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and organizational change management. Currently serving as Director of Internal Communications & Organizational Change Management at Brightspeed since February 2024, Tim leads a team focused on enhancing employee engagement and facilitating effective change management. Previous roles include Director of Internal Communications at L3Harris Technologies, where Tim executed a communications strategy post-merger, and Director II of Internal Communications at Liberty Mutual Insurance, overseeing global communications for thousands of employees. Tim’s background also includes significant positions at Mercer, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, where Tim held various leadership roles in public affairs and media operations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma.
