Kim Dierks

Kim Dierks, CMP, CIS, currently serves as the Director of Events at Brightspot Incentives & Events, a company dedicated to enhancing performance and sales engagement through various incentive programs and meeting management since April 2015. Previously, Kim held multiple roles at PPAI - Promotional Products Association International from November 2007 to April 2015, including Program Manager and Meetings & Travel Manager, overseeing logistics for conferences and trade shows. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Manager and Account Coordinator at Ambassadors, LLC, where responsibilities included managing hotel inventory and providing support for event operations. Kim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Purdue University in 2005.
