Victoria Adair

Victoria Adair has substantial experience in talent development and criminal justice, currently serving as a Talent Development Specialist at ResCare since September 2020 while also holding the position of Research Investigator at Sedgwick since 2016. In addition, Victoria has been a Pretrial Counselor B for Shelby County Government since September 2015, responsible for interviewing defendants, setting bonds, and ensuring the quality of pretrial services. Previous experience includes working as a Counselor at Stop the Killing All Nation from January 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included counseling inmates and assisting in investigations. Victoria holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from The University of Memphis.
