Jenna Cooper has several years of experience in various roles and industries. Jenna started their career in 1999 as a Marketing Specialist at Pioneer Services, A Division of MidCountry Bank. Jenna then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Townsend Communications from 2004 to 2007. After that, they joined American Micro as a Senior Vice President and worked there from 2007 to 2010. Jenna then moved on to Compass Insurance Advisors as a Co-Navigator from 2010 to 2011, followed by a role as Senior Vice President at American Micro again from 2011 to 2013. Jenna then became the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PlattForm Advertising from 2013 to 2014. After that, they worked as a Sales Director at SMG (Service Management Group) from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Jenna served as the Director of Business Development at Aspen Search Group LLC. Currently, since 2016, they are the Director of Community Affairs at BrightStar Care.

Jenna Cooper received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
