Lacey Hines has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lacey began their career as a Bartender at Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they studied abroad, focusing on Marketing, Tourism, and Humanities. During this time, they adapted to different cultures and traveled to various cities in Italy.

In 2013, Lacey worked as a Communications Intern at the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Server at Louisiana Crawfish Time while also being a Donor Relations & Stewardship Assistant at the University of Louisiana Lafayette Foundation. In this role, they corresponded with donors, assisted with foundation events, and designed materials for events.

Lacey then joined the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center as a Digital Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2017. Lacey was responsible for creating website content, overseeing the social media coordinator, and managing promotional graphics.

Lacey then transitioned to the role of Community Relations Manager at BrightStar Care from 2017 to 2019. In this position, they created content for the company newsletter, prepared the marketing and advertising budget, and increased referrals leading to increased home care service sales. Additionally, they assumed the position of Assistant Administrator at BrightStar Care, where they handled on-call phone responsibilities, acquired a Veteran Affairs contract, and performed office manager duties.

Throughout their career, Lacey has demonstrated strong marketing and communication skills, event management abilities, and proficiency in design and content creation.

Lacey Hines obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In 2019, they enrolled in the Google Digital Garage and completed a course titled "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing."
