Michelle Green has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle began their career at Simon Group in 1999, where they served as a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and also handled HR responsibilities. After working with Simon Group for eight years, they transitioned to Pechanga Resort Casino in 2007. At Pechanga Resort Casino, Michelle held the role of HR Operations Manager/Executive Assistant for over 13 years, managing various HR operations and providing executive support.

In 2020, Michelle joined BrightStar Care as the Director of Recruiting & Acquisition, where they currently serve. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all recruiting and acquisition activities within the company.
