Tracey Cowles has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and recruiting industries. Tracey started their career at Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Consultant, where they achieved excellent sales results and received multiple awards. Tracey then worked as a Physician Relations Manager at Desert Regional Medical Center, where they played a key role in launching the center's first outpatient imaging center and supporting the growth of various departments. Following this, they worked as an MFT Intern & Case Manager at Advanced Counseling Approaches, providing psychotherapy and case management for clients with mental health disorders.
