Sandy Kurt

Sandy Kurt is an experienced Talent Sourcer currently working with PetVet Care Centers as a Contract Sourcer for Southern California, New Mexico, and Arizona since March 2024, and at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada as a Healthcare Talent Sourcer since June 2023. Previously, Sandy held roles in talent acquisition and recruiting, including positions at PetVet Care Centers and Thrive Pet Healthcare, managing full life cycle recruiting for veterinary professionals. Additional experience includes senior recruitment roles at Wesco Aircraft and corporate recruiter positions at LegalZoom and Arvato. Sandy also served as an HR Analyst at The Duracell Company, overseeing a significant HRIS implementation project. Sandy holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Mercy University and an Associate of Arts in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Sullivan County Community College.
