Randy Elliott

Randy Elliott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advancement and development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at BrightStone since April 2016, Randy collaborates with the CEO and Executive team to enhance productivity through strategic initiatives and interdepartmental communication. Prior to this, Randy held the position of Director of Advancement at both BrightStone and New Hope Academy, focusing on development efforts to support low-income families and adults with special needs. Randy’s background also includes a significant tenure as Director of Development at Guideposts Foundation, where fundraising efforts consistently exceeded $1M annually, and as Vice President of Ministry Development at Thomas Nelson Publishers, achieving notable revenue growth. Randy began a career in marketing and sales at Thomas Nelson/Word Publishers and transitioned to a leadership role as President of Texas State Credit Company. Education was obtained at The University of Memphis, where a BA in Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations was earned.
