Laura Dugan

Laura Dugan has extensive experience in business development and community outreach. Laura is currently serving as the Director of Community Outreach at BrightView since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of Business Development/Senior Account Liaison at Heartland Hospice from October 2018 to June 2021. From October 2014 to October 2018, Laura held the position of Regional Manager of Business Development at Heartland Home Health & Hospice. Laura started their career in sales at Gentiva Home Health from November 2012 to October 2014.

Laura Dugan completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from William & Mary from 1987 to 1989.
