Xavier Herrera

Xavier Herrera's work experience begins in 2008 at Bank of America, where they worked as a Teller Operations Specialist until 2010. Xavier then moved on to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winchester, Frederick & Clarke Counties, where they served as a Program Manager from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they joined Grafton Integrated Health Network, first as a Special Education Instructional Assistant from 2014 to 2015, and then as an ABA Behavioral Specialist from 2015 to 2015. Subsequently, they worked at Invenio Solutions Inc. as a Business Development Representative from 2015 to 2016. Xavier then transitioned to NW Works, working in Employment Services from 2016 to 2017. Xavier then spent two years with Lutheran Family Services of VA as a TDT from 2017 to 2019. Next, they joined Employment Advocates Group as a Regional Manager from 2019 to 2020. Xavier followed that with a role as an Office Manager at Groups Recover Together from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they worked as a Regional Program Manager at Wall Residences, Inc. from 2021 to the present, and has now taken on a new role as the Director of Operations at BrightView starting in February 2022.

Xavier Herrera's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Virginia Tech. Xavier completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English in 2007. Following this, Xavier pursued further education at Virginia Tech and obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology in 2011.
