Andrea Griesmar

Andrea is the Senior Vice President of Operations. In her role, Andrea leads a talented group of subject matter experts and regional support teams who provide direction to Brightview communities in the areas of clinical care, dementia care, dining services, business operations, learning and development, resident programming, and quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. In addition, she oversees human resources, champions internal talent development, and leads the organization’s efforts around diversity, equity, inclusion and access for all. Prior to joining The Shelter Group in 2007, Andrea worked for more than 20 years in senior leadership roles in the financial services industry. Andrea serves as Board President for the South Baltimore Learning Center and is an active volunteer with Baltimore’s Locust Point Community Association where she is a proud resident. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
